1. General Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Servgator Ltd (“Servgator”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides refunds for services purchased through our website, invoices, subscriptions, or custom agreements.

By purchasing any service from Servgator, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility varies depending on the type of service purchased.


2. Hosting Services Refund Policy

2.1 Shared Hosting (30-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting accounts only, subject to the following:

Eligible:

  • First-time shared hosting purchase

  • Cancellation requested within 30 calendar days

Not Eligible:

  • Domain registration fees

  • SSL certificates

  • Setup fees

  • Migration services

  • Add-ons or third-party licenses

  • Renewal payments

Refunds apply only to the hosting service fee.


2.2 VPS, Dedicated Servers & Cloud Hosting

Due to infrastructure provisioning costs, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • VPS hosting

  • Dedicated servers

  • Cloud infrastructure

  • Managed server services

  • Custom server configurations

Once provisioned, these services are non-refundable.


3. Domain Names & SSL Certificates

All domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed.

SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued.

This is due to immediate third-party registrar and certificate authority activation.


4. Custom Development Services

Custom development includes:

  • Website development

  • Web applications

  • Software engineering

  • E-commerce platforms

  • API integrations

  • Automation systems

4.1 Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure development time and resource allocation.


4.2 After Work Has Begun

If a client cancels a project:

  • Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any completed milestones are non-refundable.

  • Remaining unused balance (if any) may be refunded at Servgator’s discretion.


4.3 Completed Projects

Once a project has been delivered, approved, or deployed:

No refund will be issued.


5. Digital Marketing & Advertising Services

Includes:

  • Social media marketing

  • Paid advertising campaigns

  • SEO services

  • Automation funnels

  • Email marketing setup

  • Campaign management

5.1 Non-Refundable Once Started

No refunds will be issued after:

  • Campaign strategy creation

  • Ad account setup

  • Tracking installation

  • Creative production

  • Campaign launch


5.2 Ad Spend

Advertising budgets paid to platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) are:

  • Non-refundable by Servgator

  • Subject to platform-specific refund rules

Servgator is not responsible for third-party platform refund decisions.


6. Subscription Services

Subscription services may include:

  • Hosting plans

  • Maintenance plans

  • Marketing retainers

  • SaaS tools

  • Support packages


6.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.


6.2 Cancellation

Clients must cancel:

  • Before renewal billing date

  • Through client portal or written notice


6.3 Partial Usage

No partial refunds will be issued for:

  • Unused time

  • Mid-cycle cancellations

  • Downgrades during active billing period

Service remains active until end of billing period.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Servgator directly before initiating:

  • Stripe disputes

  • PayPal claims

  • Bank chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without prior communication:

  • Services may be immediately suspended

  • Additional administrative fees may apply

  • Client may be permanently restricted from future services

Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action.


8. Service Suspension & Termination

Refunds will NOT be issued if account suspension occurs due to:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

  • Hosting abuse

  • Malware distribution

  • Spam activities

  • Phishing

  • Illegal content

  • Copyright infringement

  • High-risk or prohibited industries without approval


9. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Internet backbone failures

  • Third-party provider outages

  • Government actions

  • Cyberattacks beyond reasonable control


10. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Processed within 7–14 business days

  • Returned via original payment method

  • Subject to Stripe/PayPal processing timelines

Transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.


11. Right to Refuse Refund

Servgator reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of policy

  • Repeated cancellations

  • Attempted exploitation of services

  • Fraud suspicion


12. Policy Updates

Servgator reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the latest version.
